Standard Trading Conditions

These terms govern all logistics and freight forwarding services provided by Airsell Cargo to our valued clients.

1. Our Role

Airsell Cargo acts as a non-IATA freight forwarding agent based in Hargeisa. We arrange for the transportation of goods through third-party carriers (airlines, shipping lines, and trucking companies). We do not act as the carrier ourselves.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on current fuel, currency, and carrier rates. Final costs may vary due to weight adjustments, customs duties, or changes in carrier surcharges.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate descriptions of cargo. Dangerous, hazardous, or flammable goods must be declared in writing before shipping. Airsell Cargo is not liable for delays caused by incorrect documentation or customs inspections.

4. Liability and Insurance

While we take every care to select reliable carriers, Airsell Cargo is not liable for loss or damage to goods during transit. We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive marine/air cargo insurance for all shipments.

5. Payment Terms

Services must be paid for according to the terms stated on our invoices. Failure to pay may result in a lien on the cargo until the balance is cleared.
